Kandy is a lovely Australian cattle dog (red heeler) who suddenly found herself homeless when her owner was imprisoned. She came into rescue with absolutely no information about her background.
The vet thinks she's about 5 years old, and she weighs 23 pounds 10 ounces. She is extremely friendly with people and ignores cats. She was living with other dogs in her old home, but has no patience for puppies even though it appears that she has had at least one litter in her past life.
Kandy has been spayed, microchipped, heartworm tested (negative), vaccinated, wormed and dosed with Revolution for flea and heartworm prevention.
